Delete your account

How to delete it

1. Open the heyMike app, or go to books.heymike.ai.
2. Sign in with your mobile number and the 6-digit code we text you.
3. Go to Settings and tap Delete my account.
4. Type your business name to confirm, then tap Delete.

If your phone number has more than one business, each one is deleted on its own: switch to it, then repeat the steps.

What is removed

• Your business's books: every receipt, invoice and statement you sent, their photos and PDFs, your corrections, questions and year-end files.
• Your conversation with Mike and your business profile.

They are removed from your account right away. Mike can no longer see them, and your phone number and email address no longer reach them. If you text Mike again later, you start with new, empty books.

Want your data first?

Before deleting, you can download everything: in Books, tap Export everything (.zip) to get every receipt and record.
